<p>Been attending project briefings for <a href="http://metrorealty.ph/feature_nuvali.html">Ayalaland&#8217;s Nuvali project</a> in Canlubang, and WOW, must say I&#8217;m amazed. Add that it&#8217;s self-sustaining, with business centers and schools within a short distance from residential neighborhoods.  It will espouse precisely the epitome of the modern lifestyle: progressive yet responsible.<a href="http://manilarat.blogspot.com/2007/09/green-grass-of-home.html"></a></p>
