Our Team
Metro Realty is a brokerage firm specializing in sales and rentals of distinctive residential properties in the villages surrounding the Ortigas Business District: Acropolis, Greenmeadows, Valle Verde, White Plains, Corinthian Gardens. We also search for offices, industrial and commercial spaces in Metro Manila and nearby locations, including Tagaytay.
Under the leadership of Mr. Jose “Pepe” B. Pilar and Mrs. Isabel “Billie” B. Pilar, both licensed real estate brokers since the late 1980s, Metro Realty has provided professional real estate services to individual and corporate clients, among them Philbanking Corp., Producers Bank (now PDCP), Metrobank, United Overseas Bank, D&L Industries, AG&P, Motorola, Sanofi, Tupperware, Sanitary Wares, Saralee, Embassies of Pakistan and Canada, and also real estate developers: Philrealty, Ayala Land, Inc., Burgundy Realty Corp., Carmelray Industrial Estate, Sta. Lucia Realty, and Megaworld.

REALTOR Billie is a member of the San Juan Realtors Board of the Philippine Association of Realtors Boards, Inc. (PAREB) and the Makati Realtors Club, and formerly of the Paranaque-Las Pinas-Alabang Real Estate Board until she moved her residence to Quezon City. She is an active parishioner of the Christ the King Parish, Greenmeadows, QC. and a past president of the Acropolis homeowners association.

 Mr. Jose "Pepe" Pilar |
Pepe is Consultant of the Company, a member of the Pasay City Real Estate Board in the 1980s, and former president of the village association. He was an EVP in the oil drilling industry in the 1990s, a Rotary past pres., and currently a Knight of Columbus at Christ the King Parish. He is a supporter of The Kapatiran Movement.
