Ayala Land Premier launches P5-B new housing subdivision beside Nuvali
Ayala Land Premier, the high-end unit of Ayala Land Inc., is spending P1.6 billion to develop its fourth subdivision in Nuvali which is expected to generate P5 billion in revenues from lot sales after its recent launch.
In an interview, ALP head Jose Juan Jugo said the project, called Elaro, is currently under development. It will be a lot-only subdivision with the beginnings of a shopping district.
He said they will sell a total of 451 lots in Elaro ranging from 600 square meters to 1,400 sqm per lot. Only 140 lots will be released to the market initially starting at P12,400 per sqm to as high as P21,000 per sqm with an average selling price of P14,000 per sqm.
Following the success of the developer’s southern developments Ayala Westgrove Heights, Abrio, Montecito, and Santierra, ALP is designing Elaro to harmonize nature and urban convenience.
“With the intent of building the first natural sanctuary for family and nature in NUVALI, Elaro will offer a unique residential proposition,” Jugo said.
He added that its location alone already lends itself to this ideal located at the heart of the Ayala Land’s eco-sustainable township, the development will be next to NUVALI’s 14-hectare bird sanctuary, home to 136 bird species.
“Given this, ALP has made very conscious efforts to ensure that it respects the project site’s natural terrain, doing minimal earthworks, with particular focus to preserve the mature trees found on site’ explained Jugo.
He noted that the 72-hectare community of Elaro is ideal for those who want to combine the ease of urban living with a home built within a neighborhood that emphasizes the value of family bonding time with the simple enjoyment of the outdoors.
“We want our kids to fully appreciate how beautiful it is to be living within a green, lush and natural environment, especially in this day and age where technology has become a vital part of our lives that personal communication between family members is diminished’ says Jugo.
Elaro residents will have the opportunity to enjoy the property’s range of indoor and outdoor facilities and amenities that promote family interaction. There will be a social hall, a fitness area, as well as lap, kiddie, and lounge pools.
Parks and playgrounds will house a multi-purpose field, a camp site, picnic areas, and man-made ponds.
