Abrio, the next Forbes Park
Abrio was the maiden project of Ayala Land Premier in Nuvali. Situated at the edge of the future Business District of the South, this heart-shaped residential neighborhood is strategically located near the business campuses, retail centers, and lake of Nuvali.
Abrio is 70 hectares, comprising 379 lots in total. Phase 1, with 113 lots, was launched on Sept. 29, 2007, while Phases 2-3 followed in a few months.
High level of privacy and exclusivity
Building density is only 5 units per hectare!
- Large lot cuts within a tight range (800 sq.m. to 1,200 sq.m.), to ensure homogeneity in the community.
- Vast spaces are provided between homes, as a result of:
- 16-meter carriageway for main road, plus an additional 4 meters for dedicated bicycle lanes
- 10-meter carriageways for arterial roads
- 7-9 meters of greens bounding both sides of all roads, excluding property line setbacks
- 2-meter-wide sidewalks canopied by 2 layers of trees

- Roads include generous bike paths and pedestrian walkways, to reduce dependence on the automobile
- Bio-swales direct the flow of rainwater for sustainable irrigation of common areas
- Dual-piping systems for all private lots allow the use of recycled water for specific purposes
- Technologically advanced security systems
- Infrared-protected fences around the subdivision perimeter
- E-passes for entering and exiting the village
- Network of CCTV cameras monitor strategic areas in the neighborhood
- Emergency buttons in all homes
