Luntala – 4 units left!

We are pleased to inform that there are still four Podium Units left in Luntala Valle Verde, Ortigas and Company’s townhouse development in Pasig.
The Podium unit design is a new concept in the country: each unit’s front door opens to a podium that is exclusively for pedestrians, while the carpark is underground.
A middle Podium unit has a floor area of 201 sqm, while an end or corner unit has a floor area of 208 sqm.
Price is at P12,373,560 (or P61,560/sqm) for the middle Podium unit, and P13,927,680 (P66,960/sqm) for the end Podium unit. These prices already include VAT and registration fees. Discounts of up to 15% (as much as P2,000,000!) are available for Cash buyers.
To date, Phase 1 units (Blocks 1-7) are in the process of turn over, while Phase 2 (Block 8-11) will be turned over by the end of the year. Two of the available Podium units are in Phase 1, so you can actually move into your new Luntala townhome by May!
Luntala is a 77-unit townhouse project on the corner of Ortigas Ave. and Greenmeadows Ave. in Pasig City. It was launched in August 2006, and was well-received by the market. Phase 1 (Blocks 1-7) are currently being turned over, and Phase 2 (Blocks 8-11) is expected to follow suit by the year end.
