Treveia launches Section F this Friday

We are pleased to inform that Ayala (CII) will be opening 59 new lots in Treveia this Friday, March 28, under Phase 1 Section F.
Treveia is a 60-hectare residential project within Nuvali, Canlubang, which is Ayala Land’s mega township project south of Metro Manila. The first and only development pushing for “green” and ultramodern living, it is one of the projects to which I’m 100% sold. Nuvali is a self-sustaining community with business, leisure and service centers (Xavier school, etc.), and it is envisioned to be the next Makati. The new section in Treveia, to be opened five months after the first lots in Phases 1A,B,& C were launched in October 2007, will be adjacent to the Central Park and, along with Phase 1E, will form part of the neighborhood under the “wood” theme.
Treveia timeline:
Oct 07 – launch of Phases 1A, B, C
Nov 07 – launch of Phase 1D
Feb 08 – launch of Phase 1E
Prices for Phase 1F range from P10,700 to 12,400 per square meter (inclusive of VAT).

Available payment terms:
1. 20% downpayment, 80% over 24 months at 0% interest
2. Homestarter: 10% downpayment, 90% over 10 years fixed at 8.45%
interest (through Security Bank)
Promo terms at 0% interest (until March 31, 2008):
1. 10% dp split over 3months, 20% spread over 18 month, 70% on the 19th month
2: 10% dp, 20% spread over 23 months, 70% on the 24th month
