Nuvali LOI last day today!

Letters of Intent for Treveia Phase 1 are being accepted until 5pm today, October 1.

We have also learned that Phase 1 Abrio lots are fully sold out as of today, and LOIs are now being accepted for Phase 2. Seems there is great market response. It will be a good thing to visit the general vicinity of Nuvali and surrounding developments since Nuvali itself is in the preliminary construction phase.

NUVALI, CANLUBANG

Preparations are now underway for the Grand Launch on April 2008, which will unveil a community center showcasing the ultra-modern and green lifestyle we can expect from Nuvali:

ABRIO RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION (UNDER AYALALAND PREMIER)

o Phase 1 with 113 lots are now sold out.
o Letters of Intent for Phase 2 are being accepted until October 26, 2007.
o Lot sizes are from 800-1,200 square meters.
o Indicative price is P9,270 to P10,382 per square meter (plus VAT).

TREVEIA RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION (UNDER COMMUNITY INNOVATIONS)

o Phase 1 with 606 lots will be launched on October 19, 2007.
o Letters of Intent for Phase 1 are being accepted until 5pm today, October 1.
o Available lots are at around 300 square meters in size and larger.
o Indicative price is P9,500 per square meter.

AVIDA SETTINGS (UNDER AVIDA)

o Lots are smaller cuts, averaging 150 square meters.
o Total area for development is 43.5 hectares, which will be divided into 1,600 lots.
o Pricing will be in the above range, but confirmation is unavailable at this time.

COMMERCIAL LOTS

o Commercial lots at Nuvali are available at an indicative size of 2,000 square meters per lot, with option to combine lots depending on the need of the locator.
o These are open for retail areas near the lake, as well as offices and BPO centers in the surrounding business district.
o As of now, Xavier School has committed to locating at Nuvali, adjacent to the Treveia site.
o Indicative selling price for commercial lots is P28,000 per square meter.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

o There are no confirmed terms of payment as of the moment.
o Indicative payment scheme for Treveia as follows: 20% down payment, 80% payable in 24 months at zero percent interest. Reservation fee is P50,000.
