Shown below is the entrance to Valle Verde 6A where Luntala Valle Verde Townhomes, the latest residential project of Ortigas and Company, is located.

Luntala will have its own private entrance along the main road of the Valle Verde 6A community.

Construction is ongoing, with Phase 1 due for turnover on March 2008 already. The total area for the project (in red) is 1.5 hectares, divided into 77 townhouse units and common areas.
