We are pleased to report that construction for Luntala Valle Verde Townhomes is in full swing, with the basic structure of Classic units at Block 12 (Phase 2) already visible from Ortigas Avenue.
TIMETABLE
Project developer Ortigas and Company Limited Partnership is expected to deliver Phase 1 units (Blocks 1-7) in March 2008, as promised, while Phase 2 units (Blocks 8-12) will follow quickly in late 2008.

As of August 1, 2007, already 57 units out of the total 77 being constructed have been sold, with remaining units as follows:
