The name is derived from two Pilipino words “Luntian and Tala”, altogether meaning the “Green Star of Valle Verde.”

The project is expected to meet a felt demand in the Ortigas and Murphy districts for first class residential townhomes which are easily accessible to offices and institutions, shopping and recreational centers, schools, mass transportation lines, and to central business districts.

There are 3 unique designs:

1. The “Classic” design are at Blocks 2 & 3. The classic unit has its carport in the front part of the townhouse. Floor area of end units is 185 sq.m. and middle unit, 181.

2. The “Classic Expanded A” is in Block 1, and already 4 units are sold as of date. The end unit has 232 sq.m., and the middle, 230.

3. The “Podium” units are at Block 5 & 6, and have 208 sq.m for the end unit, and 201 for the middle. “Podium” units stand on a platform or podium and the front door opens up to a landscaped pedestrian walkway. The carport, and the service area are all at ground level, underneath the podium.

Delivery of the Units will be in the first or second quarter of 2008. Phase 2 will then follow immediately; however, Phase 2 prices will depend on the construction costs at that time.
